We are a licensed California general contractor building accessory dwelling units, kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home remodels across the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Sacramento. One company handles the design, the permits and the construction — the crew that starts your project is the crew that finishes it.
Our work splits into two very different scopes, run by the same crews and the same project managers.
We also work as a subcontractor at volume: roughly 40,000 sq ft of flooring a month (LVP, tile, hardwood) and 60+ kitchen installations a week, with the paperwork production builders expect — certificate of insurance, W-9, safety record and active references. Bid turnaround is three business days. Request a bid package →
Nothing here is unusual — it is simply written down, which is more than most homeowners get before signing.
California requires a state licence for any job over $500, and the state publishes every licence for free. Please verify ours — and anyone else you are considering.
We wrote a full guide on what the licence lookup tells you — bond, workers' comp, complaint history — and what to do when a contractor's number does not check out: how to check a contractor's CSLB licence.
Remodeling prices in the Bay Area are not a secret, they are just rarely written down. Ours are: the 2026 kitchen remodel cost guide carries our real ranges by kitchen size, finish level and city, a breakdown of where the money goes, and a calculator that produces a planning range in a few clicks. A fixed written quote comes after the in-home measure, when we can see what is behind the walls. Financing is available with terms up to 60 months.
Our crews cover the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Sacramento — and roughly 300 miles around the Bay. Each city below has its own page with local pricing, permit notes, neighborhoods and reviews from projects nearby.
Yes. We are a licensed California general contractor, CSLB #1041370, bonded and carrying general liability and workers' compensation insurance. You can verify the licence yourself for free at cslb.ca.gov under Check a License.

Our own crews handle the core trades — demolition, framing, cabinets, flooring and finish work — with licensed specialists for electrical, plumbing and HVAC. The project manager who starts your job is the one who closes the permit at the end.
We do, in-house: drawings, filing with your city's building department, inspection scheduling and final sign-off. You never stand in line at a permit centre.
Since 2008 — more than 140 completed projects, 96% of them finished on the date we committed to in writing.
Yes, with terms up to 60 months, and many clients use a HELOC instead. We walk through both during the free in-home estimate.
